Independence at the Point spans 296 acres and consists of approximately 1,900 housing units including single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments. It also includes 27 acres of commercial space. The community features multiple new parks and a trail system. As the name indicates, the project focuses on American patriotism and features street names, park names, and monuments named after America’s values and ideals.
