Fossil Cove is DAI’s newest multi-family community in Pleasant Grove. The community consists of 149 townhomes and will be built in two main phases. The first phase consists of 66 townhomes, and amenities include a dinosaur-themed playground with innovative archeological-type dig site complete with replicas of a Tyrannosaurus Rex (T-Rex), dire wolf, and ammonite fossils. Phase 2 amenities include a modern clubhouse, fitness center, pool and hot tub, fire pit, BBQ station, and dog park.
