Rockpoint is “Most Outstanding”
Utah Construction & Design Magazine presented Rockpoint Apartments & Clubhouse with the 2020 Most Outstanding Multi-Family Project award. Rockpoint Apartments, located in the heart of Utah’s Silicone Slopes in Bluffdale, is a towering 4-story complex with 251 units and 318,000 square feet.
A central roundabout featuring an armillary sphere provides a welcoming entrance to the community and leads to an impressive, two-story clubhouse. This social hub includes a kitchen and bar, fire pit, BBQ area, game room, resort-style pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, as well as a plethora of cool gathering areas. The sleek, mostly white décor and furnishings add to the luxurious look and feel of the space.
A variety of exterior materials including brick masonry, fiber-cement lap siding, and large format cement panels come together to create a modern façade. Dark colored soffit, fascia, and decking materials adds needed contrast to the exterior design.
