New Upscale Townhome Community in Salt Lake City!

DAI and dbURBAN Communities have partnered to build The Marq, a new townhome community in Salt Lake City. Project completion is slated for Spring of 2020. Located off 400 West and 900 South, The Marq sets a new standard in urban living. The community boasts industrial-inspired, modern architecture and features a clubhouse designed using refurbished shipping containers. The clubhouse includes an outdoor deck overlooking a year-round lounge pool and bar. Other community amenities include a fire pit, outdoor theater, chair hammocks, and dog wash station.

The project consists of 64 townhomes with three unique floor plans. All garages are pre-wired for EV charging stations, and select units include an impressive roof-top deck.
