Five Model Homes Opening in Wildflower at Saratoga Springs

Wildflower, DAI’s newest master-planned community in Saratoga Springs, is in full bloom. Three builders are currently building models and spec homes in the southern area of Village Plan 1, the development adjacent to the Harvest Hills community.

In March, Richmond American Homes opened three new model homes in Wildflower. These fully decorated models featured one rambler, the Alexandrite floor plan; and two, two-story floor plans, the Moonstone and Hemingway. Richmond offers a total of ten floor plans, each with three different elevations, as well as a complimentary design service. Design professionals take homebuyers through the step-by-step process of choosing finishes for the new home. Prices start in the low $300s.

On April 27th, Lennar’s new community at Wild Rose in Wildflower will have their first VIP event. VIPs receive first priority to purchase a new home. To become a VIP, interested individuals must sign up on their website or by calling 801-960-2751. Right after the VIP event, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, two models will be open to the public for the first time, and food trucks will be serving food to those attending.

Lennar will be offering four floor plans in this community with Everything’s Included® features. This exclusive program includes popular features and upgrades, such as quartz countertops, upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and integrated home automation, all at no additional cost. The prices for these homes start in the mid $300s.
