Now Building! DAI Breaks Ground on 149 Townhomes in Pleasant Grove.

Building is under way at Fossil Cove Townhomes, DAI’s newest multi-family community, located in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The site is centrally located adjacent to shopping, schools, and public transportation. Road construction is now completed on Phase 1 and footings and foundations have been completed for the first two buildings. A new building is scheduled to start construction every two weeks.

Phase 1 consists of 66 townhomes. The Jurassic-themed project consists of nearly 50% open space. The dinosaur-themed playground includes a play structure and fossil dig sandbox featuring replicas of a Tyrannosaurus Rex (T-Rex), dire wolf, and ammonite fossils that kids can dig up and observe. Phase 2 will include a modern-style clubhouse, fitness center, pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ stations, and dog park.

The property will be managed by Greystar and pre-leasing is expected to start in July. All townhomes will include 2-4 bedrooms, 2-car garage, full-size washer/dryer, Smart Home technology, high-speed internet, and valet trash.
