Construction at The Marq is Coming to an End Next Month!

The amenities at The Marq are a beauty to behold. An innovative, shipping container clubhouse serves as the hub of the community and beckons visitors to come in and take a closer look. In fact, the tower can be easily seen, topped by its glowing cap, from the northbound 900 South off-ramp.

Wow, an architecture firm located in Salt Lake City, collaborated with the investor teams, DAI and dbUrban, to come up with a unique design with custom-built cabinetry. Contrasting with the industrial vibe of the shipping containers, the overall style for the clubhouse and model is distinctively Scandinavian inspired. The wall finishes are timeless, yet whimsical, as they are designed with jungle-themed wallpaper and accented by natural wood and gold embellishments.

Residents have been able to enjoy the clubhouse lounge/bar, year-round pool, fire pit, and king-sized hammock chairs since the beginning of summer. As the year wraps up, so does DAI’s work at The Marq. Townhome construction is scheduled to finish by the end of the year, and landscaping will be completed just as soon as the ground thaws next Spring.
